Rooms:

In order to best cater to your group's needs, a maximum of 65 rooms and/or 130 guests is allowed for groups at Hotel Finisterra. All group members will stay in our ocean view junior suites. These junior suites consist of two double beds or a king bed (request only), a sitting area with pull out sofa bed, a mini-bar, a coffee maker, a hair dryer and an ocean view balcony. All rooms are located in an 8-story beach front tower - the Palapa Beach Club.

Meeting Space:
|
The Salon Dorado conference room is available for meetings and banquets with indoor and outdoor dining. Approximately 1, 200 square feet, the Salon Dorado sits at the top of the Hotel Finisterra offering a beautiful ocean view from its terrace. The meeting space is large enough for 70-80 guests banquet style, 100 guests for cocktails, 75 guests theater style, and 40 guest classroom style. Full audio-visual equipment is available at your request.
The Salon Delfin is available for meetings. Approximately 1,300 square feet, the room sits at the base of the Palapa Beach Tower. Indoor service available only.
We're always open to your party ideas. Our group coordinator can work with you and/or your destination management company to plan your on-property parties, receptions and banquets.

Theme Parties and Receptions:
There will be a $110.00 setup fee, then the per person cost of the meal of your choice. For a menu please fill out our Information Request Form or call us at 1-866-385-0256 (US) or 435-627-0504 (International).

Mexican Theme - The most traditional theme is a Mexican theme. For an additional fee, the Hotel Finisterra can can create a Mexican fiesta spiced up with a colorful Mexican decor. Mariachi Bands and Mexican Trios are available at an additional hourly rate. To complete the theme, folkloric dancers can be hired for a private show.

Beach Party - Another popular theme party is a beach party. With the ocean crashing and the coals hot, a beach party pool side at the Palapa Bar and Grill is the perfect way to end a great trip. Volleyball tournaments can be scheduled as well as pool games. A DJ can be hired, at an additional charge, to play your favorite hits through the night.

Whale Watcher Bar - The Whale Watcher Bar offers a spectacular view and is a great area for an informal reception with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. During the right time of year you may even get the chance to see the majestic whales on their annual pilgrimage.
